Shipping policy
DELIVERY SERVICE
Deliveries are to Australia only.
Large items will be delivered within 28 days, we will contact you to arrange a suitable date. The cost of delivery varies for each product.
Smaller items are sent directly to you as soon as they are ready, usually within 4 days and the cost is varies for each product.
Delivery times are usually Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) 9.30 am-4.30 pm.
CHECK YOUR DELIVERY
At the point of delivery please check that the number of items delivered matches the number advised on the handheld electronic device or the delivery note, so that your delivery can be recorded accurately. We recommend You complete a full check of all items within 7 days of the day of delivery. Please open each box and check that everything is as ordered and appears in good condition.
At FAHM distributors we offer a no quibble replacement policy for items incorrectly supplied or damaged in transit during our delivery. Please contact us or notify your local store within 7 days and we will arrange to put things right as fast as we can.
PRE-ASSEMBLED & FLAT PACKED
At bathstore we like to ensure you know exactly what you are getting. During our delivery service, some items may come pre-assembled, while others will come flat packed.
